This image clearly shows that the game is exceedingly sexist. Even the patients in the ward are males (Mr. A, B, C, D, E, F and G). Again, the only time they show a female is as a nurse. This game is sending across the wrong message to the children over 10 playing it. It's teaching young boys to make girls serve and work under them.
